Keywords:Total Floating Systems is a New Zealand owned and operated company that was established in 2006 to manufacture pre-cast concrete floating pontoons, beams, and panels. Whilst the company is new to the pre-cast concrete manufacturing market, it can boast to have a number of staff with a wealth of experience and knowledge in casting concrete items. Total Floating Systems specialise in the manufacturing of floating concrete pontoons and can custom make pontoons to suit any size and shape

The concept of concrete floating pontoons has been around for many years and in order to improve and make advancements in concrete pontoons we obtained feed back from the marina operators we work with. The main concerns were the ongoing maintenance issues associated with the tightening of through bolts and the replacement of timber walers and galvanised mild steel components.

Total Floating Systems are the New Zealand agents for Superior Jetties who supply and manufacture plastic pontoon systems. The plastic pontoon systems are light weight and are ideally suited in rougher wave environments where pontoons structures require some flexing.

Total Floating Systems have the ability and expertise to manufacture precast concrete beams and panels to any shape and size required. The team at Total Floating Systems has been involved in manufacturing precast concrete items in the marine environment for over 20 years. Every product is built to the highest standards of safety and reliability and our precast products can be found in most marinas in New Zealand.
