Our investment casting technology is the traditional lost wax process. This involves injecting molten wax into a die tool, building a ceramic shell around the wax assembly and burning out the wax prior to pouring. We use the latest environmentally friendly water based colloidal silicates to formulate our slurries. Our castings are fettled to the finish required by our customers.
PRODUCTS
We make castings for the defence, marine, agricultural, forestry, dairying, meat, wool, fishing, food processing and other manufacturing industries.
METALS
We cast in several austenitic, martensitic and duplex stainless steel alloys including CF8, CF8M, CA-40, 2205, HP-50 and 17- 4PH.
