Keywords:Sharedspace was started in early 2010 after noticing the growing demand and popularity for shared office space. The site has been designed to be a simple, hassle free way to find and list commercial space available for sublease in New Zealand. Anyone can signup and list their office space, retail space and industrial space to share for a basic fee, with the option to promote their listing for additional fees.
A pop up shop category (short term retail) has also been included in the website to help landlords fill vacant retail spaces. This category was included after noticing the huge number of empty retail spaces and the increased demand for pop up shops.
Due to an increase in demand of many different types of spaces, in 2012 we launched our Play section, which includes categories such as event space.
