Keywords:BST Auckland is the only facility in the upper North Island purpose built and compliant to handle the widest range of products including Class 8 (corrosives), Class 3 (flammables), Vegetable Oils and Tallow. At present Vegetable Oils are the main products stored. BST do handle a variety of other products and welcome the opportunity to talk to customers about their individual storage needs.

The Auckland terminal is a New Zealand custom bonded site. It is also licenced as a transitional facility for containers imported into New Zealand.

The key feature of our Auckland terminal is that BST have one of the longest leases on the reclamation, out to 2025. This gives the customers the opportunity to stay in Auckland beyond some of their current storage contracts. BST commissioned two new tanks at the facility in July 2007 that brought the combined capacity up to its current level of 12,220 m3 from 10,700 m3.

Another feature of the Wynyard Wharf terminal in Auckland is the two wharf pipelines. These allow BST to load/discharge simultaneously or indeed load or unload two different products at the same time. This can dramatically decrease ship turnaround time … saving you and your customer’s time and money by avoiding delays and possible demurrage charges.

Packaging into 200 litre drums, IBC’s and pallecons are also available with local and export consignments.

You can tap into the huge potential of the industrial and manufacturing companies in Auckland and the surrounding districts, by bringing your product direct into the Auckland port. To make it easier for you our experienced team are happy to assist with logistics and planning, transport and shipping.
