With extensive dairy company experience we are able to completely understand the requirements of dairy company projects in terms of plant, product, process and quality
Techo Ltd is able to work closely with all levels of staff from production and technical through to management. Each solution we come up with will incorporate the best of all requirements.
Our design service is based on combining our many years of experience and training in the dairy industry. We use this experience to formulate the best solution that meets the client needs. We encourage discussion of proposed designs to maximise client ownership of projects we do. Our goal is to 'engineer out' all faults and to eliminate any ongoing problems. Our belief is that care and client approval at the start of a project will result in lower ongoing costs.
All design work is done upfront and in a timely manner.
PROCESS DESIGN
For process design work, detailed equipment databases, CAD Piping and Instrument diagrams, CAD layouts, project timelines, and if required production schedules, can be prepared. Projects can then be implemented where we would supply the following services;
Procurement of plant and equipment
Preparation of contracts for project components
Supervision of mechanical installation
Supervision of electrical and automation works
Commissioning and staff training
Full documentation
Ongoing client support.
EQUIPMENT DESIGN
For equipment design work, detailed CAD mechanical fabrication drawings can be prepared. We explain reasons for our proposed designs and encourage client input, particularly where there are maintenance issues.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We have extensive experience in project management. We are able to prepare and issue Engineering Specification Contract Documents to various suppliers on behalf of our clients. Techo Ltd can assist in assessing suppliers and recommending the best solution. We are then able to manage the project on the clients' behalf and ensure that all client expectations are met. |
