Concrete
Our readymix plant is situated at our Opotiki branch and runs two readymix trucks that can deliver to site when required, supplying the local Opotiki market with quality concrete.
Bridges
Waiotahi are the preferred installers of Bridge It NZ Limited and can provide a solution designed and built to your needs and budget. We can provide total management of your project, from resource consent to working drawings, bridge construction and installation.
Subject to the required loading capacity, bridges can be constructed with timber over steel beams, concrete over steel beams or all concrete construction. Pre-built bridge modules are also available which fit most rural needs.
Gabion Walls
Waiotahi are experts in the construction of gabion structures. Over the years we have developed a reputation as a first class Gabion and Reno installation company.
Gabion walls are constructed from galvanized steel baskets that are filled with riprap rock. They are free draining and on the majority of occasions are the most cost-effective structural wall on the market.
We have constructed gabion walls for a variety of projects including creek and riverbank protection, flood control, channel linings slope stabilisation and along roadways.
Roading
